Location: Coleraine Closing Date: Friday 05 Dec 2025 Following continued growth in our AbbeyAutoline Specialist Vehicle Team, an opportunity has become available to join the team, providing support as an Administrator based in our Coleraine office. What you'll be doing: Within your role as Specialist Vehicle Team Administrator, you will: Issue the New Business/Renewal or Midterm adjustment paperwork when policies go live either by email or post to our clients on behalf of the Specialist Vehicle Team. Inviting renewals - ensuring renewal invites are sent to clients in a timely manner with accurate pricing and information. Responsible for the Team inbox - when documents are received from clients, updating and saving this information to the client's file. Complete diary actions and request supporting information from customers if required. Downloading reports from insurers. Sending relevant information to insurers when requested. What you need: GCSE Maths & English at Grade C or above (or equivalent) or commensurate experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word & Excel Why work with us?
