The successful candidate will work with MDT colleagues in surgical and intensive care settings to deliver a high-quality dietetics service for patients requiring dietetic intervention and nutrition support. You will also be responsible for undertaking ward rounds with the wider MDT and participating in project work.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess, diagnose, and treat nutrition-related problems for patients undergoing surgery and/or requiring intensive care.
2. Devise and monitor enteral and parenteral feeding regimens.
3. Work closely with the wider MDT to optimize patient care and outcomes.
4. Provide training to ICU and surgical colleagues on nutrition screening, management, and support.
5. Contribute to the training and development of students on clinical placements, apprentice dietitians, and junior colleagues.
6. Undertake audits and projects to promote service quality and development.
