HR & Learning & Development Learning Coach
Location: Fully Remote | Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week) | Salary: Up to £32,960 per annum, plus £4,250 car allowance per annum

Our client, one of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers, is seeking an enthusiastic HR & L&D Learning Coach to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey and helping them thrive — all from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do
* Coach and inspire apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for success in HR and L&D roles.
* Manage a caseload of approximately 40 learners on Level 3 and Level 5 Apprenticeships.
* Deliver engaging one-to-one coaching sessions remotely (with occasional face-to-face meetings).
* Host knowledge-based webinars to support learning and development.
* Mark diploma assignments and apprenticeship tasks to ensure quality and learner progress.
* Observe practice and provide constructive feedback to drive growth.
* Work as part of a supportive team with regular virtual meetings and two in-person CPD events per year.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in HR, Learning & Development, or People Management.
* A genuine passion for developing others and sharing knowledge.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage a varied workload and deliver high-quality coaching.
* Hold (or be willing to work towards) a Level 5 CIPD People Professional qualification.
Desirable
* Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32 / 33).
* Knowledge of government-funded training.
