About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with NQ-4 years’ PQE to join a leading commercial firm in Bristol. This role offers excellent exposure to a wide range of transactional work, acting for a diverse client base that includes SMEs, large corporates, and national institutions.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on high-quality matters and take ownership of your own files as you develop within the team. The role will involve:
Advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and NDAs.
Supporting clients through restructures, share sales, and asset deals.
Advising on data protection, IP, and IT contracts.
Supporting senior colleagues on complex, high-value corporate and commercial matters.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be a qualified Solicitor with NQ-4 years’ PQE in corporate or commercial law.
Demonstrate strong technical skills, particularly in drafting and negotiation.
Be confident in managing client relationships and providing commercially sound advice.
Show initiative and a commercial mindset, with a strong interest in business development.
Thrive in a collaborative and high-performing legal team.
