This Production Team Lead – Packaging Operations role is responsible for leading packaging teams to ensure production schedules are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. Operating within a highly regulated environment, the successful Production Supervisor will drive operational excellence, people development, and client service delivery.

The Role
* Lead and manage packaging teams to deliver production targets in line with schedule and cost controls
* Ensure full compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards
* Drive high standards of client service and operational excellence
* Manage daily rostering to ensure optimal resource utilisation
* Conduct appraisals, performance reviews, and absence management
* Anticipate and resolve packaging and manufacturing issues proactively
* Support skills development and continuous improvement within the team
* Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
The Person
* Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of packaging and manufacturing operations
* Proven ability to follow and enforce SOPs and work instructions
* High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
* Degree qualification and/or significant relevant experience
* Confident managing performance, allocation of work, and people development
