Oversee planning operations, including application decisions, appeals, infrastructure negotiations, and committee coordination. Lead and develop teams, managing performance, supporting staff development, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture. Engage effectively with Councillors, customers, and partners to ensure excellent service delivery and community-focused outcomes.
