Sales Advisor
based in our
Warrington
branch you’ll be responsible for: Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations
Offer excellent Customer Service at all time
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers ensuring they are a positive ambassador of the Wolseley brand
Adhoc driving / delivery duties to cover annual leave etc.
Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
Booking stock in and putting it away in the designated location
Proactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch growth, particularly focusing on those with reduced or inactive spending.
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and 1 in 3 Saturday's. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Prior customer service or sales experience.
Full UK Driving license
Willingness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
Confidence in engaging with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
A confident, proactive approach to sales—promoting products, quoting accurately, and building customer relationships over the phone.
