WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As Bartender at Rusacks, your role will include: Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks, cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and soft beverages, to a consistently high standard Delivering warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest at the bar and in surrounding areas Confidently upselling and recommending drinks based on guest preferences and strong product knowledge Maintaining correct mise en place and ensuring the bar is fully prepped, stocked, and service-ready at all times Supporting stock control, including accurate till operation, wastage management, and end-of-shift reconciliation Upholding full compliance with Scottish licensing laws, Challenge 25 procedures, and responsible alcohol service at all times Keeping the bar clean, organised, and presented to the highest standard throughout every service Working collaboratively with the wider front-of-house and bar team to ensure smooth, seamless service Contributing positively to the bar culture, bringing great energy, reliability, and a genuine team-first attitude every shift WHAT DO YOU NEED?
