About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Revit Modeller (MEP) to join our team in Maidenhead, supporting modular construction and prefabrication projects across the UK and Europe. This role requires a strong technical understanding of MEP services, especially in the context of off-site construction, chilled water systems, and fabrication-ready steel and plant layouts.
You’ll play a key role in producing fully coordinated models and drawings for fabrication and installation, working closely with engineering, design, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and manage MEP BIM models for modular/off-site construction projects.
· Develop fully coordinated, clash-free models using Revit MEP and Navisworks.
· Prepare detailed models and drawings for chilled water pipe routing, package plant designs, containment layouts, and steel gantries.
· Collaborate with in-house engineers, external consultants, and fabrication teams to ensure design accuracy and model compliance.
· Produce fabrication-level deliverables including spooling, steel support details, and plantroom layouts.
· Maintain and enforce BIM standards and BEP requirements across all deliverables.
· Manage model versions, uploads, and coordination via CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360).
· Participate in design coordination meetings and model reviews.
Skills & Requirements
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a BIM Coordinator or Revit Technician role with strong MEP and structural coordination exposure.
· High proficiency in Revit MEP — including model development, detailing, and family creation.
· Demonstrated experience in coordinating chilled water pipe layouts, plantroom design, and integration of package plant and modular assemblies.
· Knowledge of steel gantry coordination, equipment mounting, and structural interface detailing.
· Competent in clash detection and model review using Navisworks Manage.
· Experience working in prefabrication environments is highly preferred.
· Ability to work independently and liaise effectively with cross-functional design and production teams.
· Strong understanding of BIM workflows, project naming conventions, and technical drawing standards.
Desirable
· Exposure to UK BIM Level 2 standards and ISO 19650 practices.
· Background in off-site mechanical fabrication or modular MEP design.
Benefits
· Competitive salary depending on experience
· Opportunity to work on cutting-edge modular and prefabricated projects
· Supportive and technically-driven team culture
· Long-term development and training opportunities
