St Martin's really is a special place to be We are a one form entry Church school located in the diverse community of Tipton. We are excited to be recruiting an experienced Class Teacher to join our team. This role is not open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

The year group will be allocated based on the experience, strengths and preferences of the successful candidate; we welcome applications from teachers with experience or preference from EYFS through to Year 6. We also welcome a range of subject specialisms and encourage teachers who can bring their passions and expertise to enrich and shape our curriculum. We are keen to appoint a PE specialist, so we are offering a TLR3 of £1250 for the right candidate.
Above all, we are looking for the right person, someone who will fit naturally into our warm school family, live out our values, and help our children grow in confidence, character and faith.
Our Curriculum and Pedagogy -
We use the CUSP curriculum across a range of subjects. CUSP is grounded in evidence informed practice and a deep understanding of how children learn best.
Its pedagogy emphasises:

Retrieval practice to help children remember and apply what they've learned
