Bookkeeper - Property Management Specialist, Birmingham, Temporary to Permanent
Your new role
As a Bookkeeper - Property Management, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's financial records, with the role being heavily focused on property management. This position is offered on an initial temporary to permanent basis, working 9:00am to 5:00pm, although flexibility around working hours can be accommodated where needed.
In this role, you will record income and expenses across a property portfolio, manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank and client accounts. You will prepare financial and management reports, process payroll, and be responsible for VAT returns, while also assisting with the preparation of annual accounts. A key part of the role will involve supporting property management functions, including producing landlord statements, maintaining rent schedules, and assisting with service charge and property accounting administration.
