What you'll own: Deliver a top-tier drinks offering, from classic cocktails to signature serves
Lead, train, and motivate a high-energy bar team
Create exceptional guest experiences every time
Manage stock, suppliers, and drive strong GP performance
Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly
What you bring: Proven leadership experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment
Strong product knowledge and passion for quality drinks
A hands-on, lead-by-example management style
Strong organisational and commercial awareness
Energy, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure
What you get: Up to £14 per hour (45 hours per week)
Tronc of at least £7,000 per year
Bonus potential up to £2,000
OTE up to £40,500
