What You Should Bring:
Minimum of 3+ years' experience within a Digital Marketing role
A good level of experience in managing SEO, PPC and Social Media (organic and paid) campaign
Be commercially aware and understand the marketing needs of any business
Have an analytical thought process
Be comfortable presenting and running meetings (internally with peers, senior business directors and externally with clients)
Have a good understanding of websites (design and function)
A passion for digital marketing with an awareness of emerging trends and industry changes
An excellent understanding of the digital marketing channels listed above
Be a good communicator with both peers and clients
Be competent with the use of basic Microsoft Office software
Have experience in using a variety of website CMS platforms
Demonstrate excellent organisational skills
Have experience in up-selling at appropriate opportunities and be confident in pitching our services to prospective clients
Experience within a marketing agency environment would be advantageous
Knowledge of basic CSS and HTML would be advantageous

Some Specifics Of The Role:
You will support a range of businesses within both the B2B and B2C industry, by managing their marketing, protecting brand integrity, and serving audience needs whilst planning marketing campaigns and activity to drive quantifiable commercial returns across social media channels. You will need to fully understand, deliver to and engage the client's target audience whilst also driving new traffic to the client's website and increasing their brand awareness through SEO, social media, link building, content marketing, etc.
The role will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with colleagues in digital marketing, website development, project management, IT, and with teams at external commercial partners. You will be able to think both strategically and long-term whilst delivering tactically and creatively to the immediate term.
The role will require you to manage SEM (Search Engine Marketing) projects using our bespoke admin system.
What we offer to you
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Wymondham, Norfolk. Following a successful probation period, working from a suitable home location may be permitted one day per week providing all requirements of the companies policy are met.
