ServiceNow / Workday Integration SME | Contract | Remote (UK)
Help build the next generation of AI-powered self-service.
We’re looking for a sharp, experienced ServiceNow/Workday SME to support enterprise customers with connector deployments that power AI-driven self-service across HR, IT, and Facilities.
You’ll be the technical authority for integrations feeding into conversational AI platforms, partnering with engineering and customer teams to deliver seamless, scalable solutions.
This is a chance to play a key role in real-world AI adoption—driving extensibility, improving product capabilities, and enabling automation at enterprise scale.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead as the SME for ServiceNow/Workday connector integration
* Guide customers through deployment, configuration & troubleshooting
* Work with engineering teams to enhance performance & extensibility
* Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable solutions
* Deliver workshops, create reusable guidance & support SME escalations
* Feed product insights back into roadmap discussions
Key Projects
* Enabling AI-powered self-service agents
* Integrating ServiceNow, Workday (and optionally SuccessFactors)
* Supporting technical escalations and customer adoption
* Influencing product improvements with hands-on customer insights
What Great Looks Like
Must Have:
* 4+ years in ServiceNow or Workday integrations
* Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, enterprise data flows
* Confident in complex, customer-facing technical environments
* Experience with cloud architectures & connector frameworks
Nice to Have:
* Exposure to AI platforms / Copilot-style tools
* Knowledge of SuccessFactors, JIRA, Confluence
* Prior experience in large-scale enterprise environments
Contract Details:
* Competitive Rate - PAYE Contract
* 12-18 Months Length
* Fully Remote - UK Based
