The Brand Marketing Executive will be instrumental in helping us maintain and enhance our brand’s reputation and presence in the competitive luxury hotel market.
The primary role of the Brand Marketing Executive is to work closely with the Associate Director of Brand Marketing Services on creating marketing assets, developing marketing materials and tools, setting the brand tone, and collaborating with hotel and sales teams to implement marketing strategies aligned with our brand identity and objectives. Additionally, the Executive will collaborate with other marketing department teams (Digital, PR, CRM) on selected projects as agreed with Brand Marketing Services.

In this role, you will fulfill Rocco Forte Hotels’ mission by:
* Advertising: Assist in creative development, media planning, and campaign analysis; responsible for proofreading and dispatching materials to publications.
* Branding: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, both internally and externally; assist in maintaining brand guidelines; ensure Marketing Assets drive and the website Media Centre are current.
* Market intelligence: Support research projects and presentations, including identifying target audiences, market opportunities, and trends; monitor competitors and prepare quarterly activity reports.
* Marketing materials: Assist in developing new consumer and trade marketing materials; coordinate collateral updates and reprints with hotel and sales teams; supervise translation and copywriting projects with external agencies; assist with hotel quarterly audits.
* Photography and film: Assist in pre- and post-production for media shoots; manage marketing asset systems like Vimeo and Dropbox; oversee the Leonardo Online Image Library, working with hotels to keep content updated.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Managing website library and PDF updates at https://www.roccofortehotels.com/brochures/
* Organizing and promoting brand-related events such as product launches, press conferences, and partnerships.
* Loading selected stories onto the Fortissimo website for internal marketing.
