Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the workplace runs efficiently by overseeing the coordination of maintenance schedules.
* Support procurement activities.
* Help maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
* Monitor and update asset records.
* Support financial processes related to purchasing.
* Ensure service contracts are well-managed and compliant.
* Liaise with colleagues across departments.
* Assist with audits and produce clear, informative performance reports.
What We're Looking For
