Long Term Futures is working alongside a welcoming and inclusive primary school in B16 to recruit an experienced Behaviour Mentor. This long-term position focuses on supporting three boys across KS1 and KS2, each presenting with a range of SEMH and SEND needs. The school is looking for someone who understands behaviour as communication and can provide structure, reassurance and positive role modelling throughout the school day. This role is ideal for a Behaviour Mentor who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting emotional regulation and helping children re-engage with learning in a safe, supportive environment.
