Position: Senior Manager, Lodging Operations

This is your chance to be part of one of the largest teams within Expedia Group: the Traveler & Partner Services Platform (TPSP). TPSP unites global support for travelers and supply partners across all EG brands and strategic partnerships, focusing on lodging lines of business—hotels and Vrbo.


Your Role:

As the Senior Manager of Lodging Traveler Operations, you will:

* Relentlessly improve and simplify traveler-related processes through root cause analysis.
* Deliver insights and solutions to enhance agent and customer experiences.
* Negotiate and influence stakeholders to drive innovative solutions that boost team efficiency.
* Lead a team of lodging improvement analysts to implement scalable changes based on performance analysis.


Key Responsibilities:

* Establish improvement initiatives aligned with TPSP Operations objectives.
* Lead all aspects of process transformation, from discovery to scalability.
* Develop business cases to tackle opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Communicate the vision for Lodging Improvement Traveler to ensure buy-in.
* Partner with leadership to align operational improvements.
* Mentor and coach your team to advance their career development.
* Build playbooks to proactively address issues and opportunities.
* Monitor key performance indicators for continuous improvement.
* Create compelling visual stories for executive audiences.
* Collaborate across diverse teams to facilitate communication and alignment.
* Contribute to the successful adoption of new products, policies, and processes.
* Generate insightful reports for business reviews with senior leaders.


Experience & Qualifications:

* 5+ years of operational management experience in a dynamic customer care environment.
* Proven success in developing and exceeding KPIs.
* Expertise in data analysis and presenting clear insights.
* Ability to map complex processes across functions.
* Experience managing large-scale projects and transformation programs.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
* High energy and a positive outlook with a passion for improvement.
* Outstanding communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to motivate and empower others towards organizational goals.
* Comfortable in high-pressure, evolving situations.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.


Compensation & Benefits:

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $141,500.00 to $198,000.00, with the potential to increase to $226,500.00 based on performance.
