We are looking for a full-time senior nursery nurse to work within our well-established team. You will be responsible for running your own unit and staffing team, working alongside the Childcare Manager and other Senior Nursery Nurses to provide outstanding care and a stimulating environment for children.
Requirements
* Hold a full and relevant qualification in Early Years at Level 3 or above
* It is desirable to have previous room leadership experience
* Be an excellent communicator both spoken and written
* Team player that works well with and provides support to those around them to ensure a happy staff team
* A driven, self-motivated and passionate leader that inspires the team they are leading
* Be of a calm, patient and kind nature
Pay & Holiday
* 31 days of holiday per year (including bank holidays) (calculated per annum)
* Absence reward of up to 1.5 days per year
* Christmas shutdown
* Competitive, performance-related pay circa £23,000 (conditions apply)
