Calling all Roofers in Lincolnshire!
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Roofer to join our Responsive Repairs team covering towns in Lincolnshire including Skegness, Spilsby, Boston, Woodhall, Horncastle, Spalding, Grantham, Bourne, Sleaford, and Ingoldmells.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintenance and repair of properties
* Completing patch repairs and refurbishments
* Installing and replacing roofs
* Tile and slate work
* Flat roofs
* Ridge and hip tiles
* Chimneys
* Flashing
* Pointing
* Rainwater gutters and downpipes
Candidate requirements:
* Significant roofing experience
* Time served or roofing qualification (beneficial)
* Self-motivated and keen to learn
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Experience with social landlords, housing associations, or councils
* Full driving license
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check
Additional earning opportunities are available through participation in the out-of-hours rota.
This role requires residence in the specified areas and involves working within customers' homes, emphasizing good communication and customer service skills.
