 
        
        TipTopJob Worcestershire, England – HR Assistant role ensuring smooth HR processes across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
 * Act as first point of contact for routine queries, escalating complex matters.
 * Provide administrative support during employee relations meetings, note‑taking.
 * Support projects such as engagement initiatives, policy updates and drafting handbooks and employment contracts.
 * Maintain accurate client records in line with GDPR and follow‑up on projects with timely actions.
 * Support client recruitment processes – drafting adverts, coordinating interviews, issuing offer letters.
 * Handle absence management, disciplinary and grievance investigations.
 * Develop and implement annual appraisal and performance‑related pay schemes.
 * Develop training models and deliver workshops (on‑site, public, online).
 * Build strong relationships with clients, undertaking HR development projects that foster a positive organisational environment.
Required Qualifications
 * CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it.
 * Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or training.
 * Experience using HRIS systems (advantageous).
 * High‑level communication skills, verbal and written, including handling sensitive issues.
 * Confidence to attend client sites as representative of the Support team.
 * Proven ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships.
 * Full, valid driving licence with access to own transport for client visits.
Employment details
Full‑time (37.5 hrs per week) with part‑time considered.
Support Team, 7‑day working hours available. Working out of the TipTopJob office in Worcestershire or remotely.
