A highly established global furniture manufacturer is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Support Manager to work in their impressive new showroom in Clerkenwell. Looking for a confident and experienced individual to lead and develop a sales support team. The Sales Support Manager will bring a proactive mindset, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Sales Support Manager responsibilities:
Leading and mentoring a team of Account Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance
Strategically managing workload distribution to ensure optimal team efficiency and responsiveness to business demands
Monitoring and driving KPIs, ensuring the team consistently meet and exceeds performance targets
Collaborating with internal departments to implement new processes that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Acting as the primary escalation point for customer complaints and complex queries, ensuring swift and effective resolution
Identifying and solving challenges across all areas of sales support, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external customers, and warehousing partners to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Overseeing the production and distribution of key reports (daily and weekly), providing insights to support decision-making and continuous improvementSales Support Manager person specification:
Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a team
Proven experience in a B2B setting, preferably within logistics or manufacturing, ideally furniture.
Exceptional attention to detail with consistently high levels of accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and with clients
Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookBenefits:
