HSQE Advisor
Location: Regional role with UK-wide travel
Salary: £40,000 + benefits
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HSQE Advisor to support the delivery of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental objectives across a diverse multi-site environment.
Working closely with operational teams and key stakeholders, you will provide expert guidance, drive compliance, and help embed a positive safety culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the implementation of HSQE policies, procedures and management systems.
* Provide advice on risk management, including RAMS, COSHH, PPE and safe systems of work.
* Conduct site audits, inspections and engagement visits to monitor compliance and identify improvements.
* Lead or support accident and incident investigations, ensuring effective root cause analysis.
* Assist with risk assessments and support operational teams in managing workplace risks.
* Support internal and external audits, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
* Deliver HSQE training, toolbox talks and awareness initiatives.
* Provide HSQE support for projects and contract mobilisations.
About You
* NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) – essential.
* Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
* Experience within a multi-site or field-based environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
* A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.
Desirable:
* IOSH Membership.
* Environmental and/or Fire Safety qualifications.
* Experience working with ISO management systems.
