Client Account & Project Manager – Merseyside £30,000 - £40,000 per annum 40 hours per week Permanent Role We are currently recruiting for a Client Account & Project Manager to join a well-established, environmental services company based in Merseyside. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading organisation with over 75 years of experience in sustainable waste management and industrial environmental solutions. In this hybrid role, you'll act as the key point of contact for a major industrial accounts, ensuring seamless project delivery and outstanding client service. This position combines client relationship management with hands-on coordination of service delivery across multiple sites. Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison for a key client account within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Oversee the delivery of waste management and environmental services, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with relevant regulations. Coordinate between internal teams, including operations, logistics, compliance, and customer service. Attend client meetings, prepare reports, and provide regular updates on performance and service improvements. Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for service optimisation and support commercial discussions for account growth. Requirements Previous experience in account management, project coordination, or contract delivery, ideally within waste management, environmental services, industrial cleaning, or logistics. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good organisational ability and attention to detail. An understanding of environmental compliance or sustainability is desirable but not essential. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
