Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for dementia care? We’re seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our well-established 45-bed residential dementia care home in Bath.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a dedicated care team to deliver outstanding dementia care
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and care standards
* Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and risk assessments
* Manage budgets, occupancy, and business development
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a dementia care setting
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* In-depth knowledge of dementia and evidence-based care approaches
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A hands-on, dynamic approach with a commitment to continuous improvement

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Thorough knowledge of legislation, regulations, and CQC standards for adult care.
* - Knowledge of best practice and latest developments in social care.
* - Understanding of client group needs (dementia, disabilities, mental health, sensory impairments).
* - Experience in health or social care at management level.
* - Experience managing operational social care teams.
* - Ability to manage resources to defined budgets.
* - Ability to lead and engage a large team.
* - Ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders.
* Manage delivery of a registered service in compliance with legislation.
* - Develop and implement safe, high-quality care practices.
* - Monitor and evaluate service performance and user satisfaction.
* - Contribute to strategic planning and service improvement
Experience
* - Registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
* Accountable for care setting budget up to £1m.
* - Responsible for staffing budgets and operational expenditure.
