Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Qualified Level 3+ Mechanic at Savannah Cars, located in Southend-On-Sea. The mechanic will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles and heavy equipment. Daily tasks will include diagnosing mechanical issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. The role also involves maintaining detailed service records and coordinating with team members to ensure deadlines and standards are met.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair tasks
* Experience with Heavy Equipment servicing
* Strong Troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues
* Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
* Relevant certifications or training in automotive or mechanical engineering
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Prior industry experience is an advantage
