Role Overview:
The D365 CRM System & Data Administrator will ensure the seamless operation and integrity of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 system, a key tool for over 600 colleagues. The role involves working closely with the Senior System Administrator to support users and perform administrative tasks, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to maintain data quality and system effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
* Assist in managing user access, security profiles, views, dashboards, marketing lists, configurations, and option sets.
* Coordinate with support partners for updates and change requests.
* Suggest system improvements based on user feedback.
Data Administration:
* Establish data quality standards and conduct audits to ensure data accuracy.
* Rectify data inconsistencies and duplicates.
* Implement data entry protocols and retention policies.
User Support:
* Provide support to users, resolve data queries, and assist with data segmentation.
* Collaborate with the trainer to educate users on data entry and maintenance.
Key Requirements:
* Experience supporting Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems.
* Strong data management skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills for user support and collaboration.
