Location: Covent Garden
Compensation: £15.10 – £16.10 per hour
Start date & Onboarding: The successful candidate will complete at least 10 days of onboarding at their assigned spa location. The onboarding period will allow them to learn about the brand, meet colleagues, and receive initial training.
Training: After onboarding, you will attend a 6‑week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset. The training runs Monday‑Friday and covers core treatments. Travel expenses, accommodation, and training dates will be discussed during the phone interview.
Responsibilities
* Perform Lush Spa Treatments following set routines and standards
* Represent the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business
* Ensure clients’ experiences run smoothly
* Support the day‑to‑day running of the spa
* Book and upsell treatments using our booking system
* Maintain high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene)
* Take responsibility for own wellbeing using available tools
* Keep product and treatment knowledge up to date
* Support stock control
Qualifications & Experience
* NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy that includes full‑body massage
* At least 1 year of practical work experience in a similar role
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments
* Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa
