Responsibilities
* Answering inbound calls and responding to emails with professionalism and empathy
* Scheduling drainage engineers for call-outs, routine maintenance, and inspections
* Logging and updating customer queries and job details accurately in our system
* Providing clear communication between clients and our field teams
* Calm under pressure, especially during emergency calls
* Organized, reliable, and tech-savvy
* Able to work as part of a team and independently
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role (drainage or trade services a bonus!)
* Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
