Part-Time Administrator – Growing Construction Company (Dartford) Our client, a dynamic and expanding construction company based near Dartford, is looking to add a Part-Time Administrator to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills in a growing industry. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with collecting and processing all timesheets. * Support the Office Manager with a variety of administrative tasks. * Input invoices into QuickBooks for processing. * Manage and maintain Excel spreadsheets. * Handle general administrative duties with the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time. * Answer incoming phone calls and manage emails efficiently. * Show initiative and proactively assist with tasks as needed. Desirable Skills and Experience: * Experience with Asana software. * Previous background in Project Administration. * Familiarity with QuickBooks. * Knowledge of Procore and managing purchase orders is a plus.
