Overview
Im looking for a Plumber for a Social Housing contract replacing kitchens and bathrooms in tenanted properties in Nuneaton. This is a 2 year contract with a long string of work for the right person. A labourer will rip out the existing bathroom suite beforehand.
Responsibilities
* Replace WC
* Replace Bath
* Replace Basin
* Install Heated Towel Rail
* Connect Shower
Qualifications and experience
* Their own tools and transport
* Experience on social housing contracts
* Blue CSCS Card
Remuneration and terms
* £25 per hour
* Weekly pay, CIS
* 2 years worth of work
