Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Summer Term ContractGuildford | Term-Time Only (TTO)
We are a warm and welcoming school-based nursery based in Guildford, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team for the Summer Term on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate practitioner who enjoys working as part of a supportive team and making a real difference in children's early development.
The Role
* Supporting the learning, development, and care of children in line with the EYFS framework
* Taking on Key Person responsibilities, including overseeing a small cohort of children
* Completing observations, assessments, and relevant paperwork
* Planning and contributing to engaging, child-led activities
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and communicating effectively with parents
PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) time will be provided.
Working Hours (Term-Time Only)
* Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
* Wednesday: 8:40am - 5:15pm (staff meeting day)
* Friday early finish available: 12:45pm (optional)
* Break: 45 minutes on full working days
Requirements
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Experience working within an Early Years setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* A nurturing, proactive, and reliable approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
