The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-orientedJunior Project Coordinatorto join our team. This role is perfect for someone with strong document control or administrative skills who is eager to develop their career in project management. You will work closely with Project Managers and other team members to ensure smooth project documentation workflows and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Document Control:
* Compile, transmit, and submit project documents.
* Maintain electronic filing systems for incoming and outgoing documents.
* Ensure accurate document coversheets and housekeeping (revisions, folder management).
2. Process Management:
* Track and process returned documents, preparing comment sheets and distributing them for review.
* Chase document owners for timely responses.
* Adhere to a 10-working-day review and submittal process.
3. Stakeholder Liaison:
* Communicate with internal teams and external customers to manage expectations.
* Assist Project Managers with customer communications.

5. Attend project meetings, including Kick Off Meetings and change control discussions.
