Role Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a confident B2B content manager/copywriter who is equally comfortable drafting a whitepaper, helping to shape a content plan or chatting to a client.
You’ll probably spend about 80% of your time shaping content strategy and actually creating content, both long and short form.
The other 20% will be spent posting/amplifying your content on social and websites.
Core Responsibilities
* Deep-Dive Writing: Produce high-quality B2B assets including whitepapers, long-form blog posts, case studies, email nurture sequences, animation/video scripts and social content. Often derivatives of the same theme rolled out across channels.
* Tone of Voice Mastery: We produce content for multiple clients so the ability to flip between different client voices and understand the (often complex) world is paramount.
* Subject Interviews: Lead interviews with subject matter experts to extract the hidden gems needed for authoritative content.
* Editing: Ensure all outgoing work from your accounts is punchy, grammatically perfect, and aligned with SEO best practices.
* Content Strategy: Work closely with our Digital PM to take a target keyword list or topic area, refine it to content clusters and appropriate content types.
* Content Strategy & Editorial Planning: Work hand in hand with our Digital PM to develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar based on target keyword list or topic area, refine it to content clusters and appropriate content types for blog and social media posting.
Content Management
Hands-on CMS Management & Optimisation: Work with our Digital PM to own the digital upload process, including formatting blog posts within CMS platforms and optimizing on-page elements including meta-descriptions, header tags, and internal linking structures.
Social Amplification & Distribution: Manage the "final mile" of content delivery by scheduling and posting to B2B social channels to drive engagement and make the most of every piece produced.

Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B copywriting or content marketing role (Agency experience preferred).
* A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to tackle complex, technical topics.
* Familiarity with tools/software like WordPress, Jira, HubSpot and SEMRush.
