About the Role
Are you ready to Get Stuck In? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who thrive on making every guest's experience unforgettable!
In this dynamic role, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various teams at our resort, ensuring our guests enjoy a fantastic stay at Butlin’s.
As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our high standards in bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, and kitchens, all aligned with our Clean and Fault Free program.
For the rest of your hours, you’ll shine as a Front of House Team Member in our brand-new Chopstix quick service restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming guests with a smile
* Taking and processing orders accurately
* Handling payments and providing menu information
* Ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations
* Keeping the restaurant well-stocked and spotless
While previous experience in a guest-facing role is a plus, it’s not essential. We’re committed to providing you with all the training you need to excel!

About You
We’re searching for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who are eager to learn and collaborate with a like-minded team. While previous experience is preferred, it’s your attitude, mindset, and passion for making a difference that truly matter to us.
No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of working alongside diverse team members and guests.
This is a full-time permanent role.
Flexibility is key! You’ll be working on a rota of 5 out of 7 days, with essential availability on Mondays and Fridays for our Accommodation Department.
For the remainder of your contracted hours, you’ll be working in our Chopstix Venue, which includes a mix of afternoons, evenings, and late-night shifts (we’re open until 4 AM during our adult Big Weekenders).
