We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Groundcare Sales Office Coordinator at our Head Office, based in Ulting, Essex.
Role Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Groundcare General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing first-class administrative support within the groundcare sales department, managing the ordering process for all branches, and maintaining effective communication between suppliers and staff.
Main Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. Processing equipment orders from Area Sales Managers.
2. Creating content on social media platforms to promote new and used Groundcare equipment for marketing purposes.
3. Handling manufacturer paperwork.
4. Conducting stock analysis and controlling Groundcare equipment inventory.
5. Understanding all areas of the sales process for new and used Groundcare equipment.
6. Learning quickly and taking responsibility.
7. Ensuring accuracy in numbers and reporting.
8. Being organized with the ability to multitask efficiently.
9. Adhering to deadlines and company guidelines.
10. Providing administrative support to the Groundcare General Sales Manager, including drafting memos, letters, emails, and meeting minutes, along with other PA tasks.
11. Creating monthly reports on staff commissions and bonuses.
12. Maintaining a high level of professional integrity.
13. Managing areas of the purchasing department reports.
14. Developing communication between yourself and managers, providing support as needed.
15. Building relationships with suppliers.
16. Supporting the Groundcare Sales Office team both internally and externally.
17. Preparing letters and mail merge documents as required.
18. Demonstrating excellent communication skills to deal diplomatically with customers and managers, both written and verbal.
19. Remaining calm under pressure.
20. Maintaining a flexible and approachable manner.
21. Being self-motivated and able to work well with others.
22. Dealing discreetly with confidential matters.
23. Proficient in Word and PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills.
Additional Information:
* Start date: Immediate, subject to notice period.
* Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch).
* Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
