We are seeking x3 proactive and experienced Project Coordinators to join our team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of refurbishment and planned maintenance projects across our tenanted housing stock. This involves full project lifecycle management, from design and specification through to contract administration and on-site supervision, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage a variety of works including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows, doors, insulation, heating systems, and building safety upgrades.
