 
        
        Our client is a highly respected Tier 1 property services and construction contractor delivering large-scale refurbishment and energy efficiency programmes across London and the South East.
They are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Project Administrator to join their project team based in Battersea, working from the site hub to support the successful delivery of improvement works under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF).
This initiative focuses on improving the energy efficiency, safety, and comfort of local authority housing stock. Working as part of the on-site delivery team, the Project Administrator will provide administrative and logistical support to ensure efficient project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate project records, files, and compliance documentation
Support site management with H&S paperwork and permit coordination
Liaise with residents to arrange access appointments and maintain communication logs
Track and log material deliveries, site attendance, and subcontractor paperwork
Assist with weekly reporting, progress tracking, and KPI submissions
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider site and project team
Candidate:
Previous experience in construction administration or general administration
Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with social housing or refurbishment projects preferred
A proactive, professional approach and the ability to work as part of a busy on-site team
