We're ideally looking for experience of talent acquisition in a corporate setting e.g Financial Services, Accountancy or Legal sectors, with the ability to build slick, candidate-focused processes that align with company values and business success.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition role will include:
* Partnering with hiring managers to provide consultative support, from workforce planning, role profile development to successful hires
* Posting roles, sourcing talent, and using your creative flair to attract top-tier candidates
* Reviewing and improving TA systems and processes
* Championing candidate experience - making sure every interaction is positive, inclusive, and on-brand
* Collaborating with stakeholders to align recruitment needs with business goals
* Linking talent acquisition to ongoing people development
Key Skills & Experience required:
Experience of professional recruitment both volume campaigns and specialist senior hires.
* Solid background in end-to-end recruitment, ideally both in-house or agency
* Ability to understand how to analyse, review and improve talent processes.
* Experience on ATS Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Confident managing senior stakeholders and thrive in a consultative role
* Organised, proactive, and a great communicator
