Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our organisation's HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support organisational goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Duties
* Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
* Manage employee relations, oversea all HR issues within the business and organisational development initiatives.
* Support the Directors by providing guidance on best practices in human resources management and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies across all HR functions.
* Help liaise with our payroll department to ensure accurate record keeping for illness, maternity, sickness etc
* Foster a positive organisational culture through effective communication skills and leadership.
* Lead the business on Employee reward schemes, staff training and some H&S functions.
Qualifications
* Experience in a human resources management role is preferable
* Knowledge of human resources functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
* Relevant qualifications in human resources are desirable.
