Future PLC have an exciting opportunity for a Retention assistant to join our team, located in Cardiff. If you pride yourself on your ability to help customers, overcome objections, and find solutions, then this will be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities
* Point of contact for individual customers looking to cancel their subscription
* Achieving KPI's and monthly targets
* Objection handling, problem solving, and retain customers
* Use all relevant systems to accurately capture customer data, including updating notes and outcomes
* Customer-focused with questioning and listening skills
Qualifications
* Sales experience advantageous
* Excellent retention or selling and negotiating skills
* Prioritize and manage your own workload and time
* Work collaboratively within the team and other departments
* Customer service experience
