Your new company Maintenance Engineer job in the Craigavon area focusing on delivering preventative maintenance on a Monday to Friday day shift. The company has grown to over 300 staff through investment and acquisition and operates across multiple sites in the UK and Ireland. Planning, engineering projects and delivering what others cannot to large-scale retailers is their USP, and they have huge plans to maintain this momentum in future. They need you to work with them on the projects side as part of this success. Your new role You will work days Monday to Friday in a dedicated preventative maintenance role focusing on why the issues occurred and engineering fixes for the long term. This could include anything from redesign of the machine parts to realignment of the machine or just simply using more robust parts, but identifying and delivering that is your role. What you'll need to succeed Experience in high volume production maintenance or processes in any feature would be advantageous to manage sheer scale and understand processes. Multi-skilled but strong electrical would be a benefit and, if you had any design experience, that would be good but not essential as they can support that. If you are in an improvement style, hands-on maintenance role, then this is an ideal opportunity. What you'll get in return Working Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends on rota, £45000 depending on the level of experience you have we can negotiate. Overtime is paid and available, but not excessive and flexible working hours within business needs available.
