Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef with expertise in Indian and Continental cuisines to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a wide variety of Indian and Continental dishes to a high standard. Plan menus, ensure seasonal and cost-effective selections, and maintain recipe consistency. Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards. Monitor inventory, manage stock control, and reduce wastage. Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff to maintain kitchen efficiency. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Work with management to introduce new dishes and update menus based on trends and customer feedback. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Requirements Proven experience (minimum 2 years ) as a Chef specializing in Indian and Continental cuisines. Strong knowledge of authentic cooking techniques, spices, and presentation styles. Ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent time management, organization, and leadership skills. Food hygiene and safety certification (preferred).
