Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant in the Bedfordshire area with experience in Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2? About the Teaching Assistant Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils' learning and development in a nurturing environment. You'll be:
* Assisting with daily classroom activities
* Supporting child-led and structured learning sessions
* Providing one-to-one and small group support
* Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
* Promoting children's emotional, social, and educational development
* Vacancies in different Bedfordshire areas and therefore will be tailored to your location
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred)
* Previous experience supporting children in a school or early years setting
* A caring, calm, and patient approach
* Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
* A strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusion
