Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, Huddersfield
Joining a mid-size marketing team within a growing business, this role takes ownership of Digital Marketing activity, with a focus upon:
* 2 Company websites, including a re-launch
* User experience, SEO, performance metrics
* Digital marketing campaigns
* CRM integration for lead conversion & generation, analytics
Responsible for:
* Digital marketing strategy - including websites, SEO, digital campaigns, lead generation
* Running, maintaining and improving the digital marketing activities
* Large-scope project work - supporting a website re-launch
* Monitoring integrated digital marketing analytics across all websites, providing insights and recommendation to ensure optimised activity and user engagement
* Management of company-wide integration of CRM for lead retrieval
* Scope and review relevant KPIs throughout campaigns and projects
* Play an active part in generation of ideas
* Manage and create content where appropriate
Skills & experience required:
* At least 5 years' in a marketing role
* 3 years' digital marketing experience
* Experience in web marketing and digital analytics
This is a senior-level role within the organisation with decision-making and idea generation responsibilities.
