The Role
As HR Business Partner, you will drive the people agenda, align it with our People & Culture Strategy and business objectives, and work closely with stakeholders to build capability, champion change, and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Responsibilities
* Recruitment: Lead the in-house recruitment strategy, attract, engage, and onboard top talent, owning the end-to-end process to bring in high-caliber people.
* Business Partnering: Provide pragmatic HR guidance to managers across recruitment, absence management, employee relations, and performance.
* Change Leadership: Enable change through organisational design and transformation, including restructuring and redundancy.
* Talent Development: Partner with leaders to ensure effective performance reviews, talent mapping, and development of future leaders.
* Wellbeing/Engagement & EDI: Promote health and wellness, drive engagement initiatives, and champion EDI at Park Royal.
* Project Leadership: Lead and deliver HR projects to enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications & What You’ll Need
* Experience: Strong HR generalist background with a passion for recruitment and EDI; extensive experience across the employee lifecycle and solid knowledge of UK employment law.
* Skills: Stakeholder management, complex employee relations, and proficiency with HR systems and data.
* Qualities: Resilience, pace, adaptability, and the confidence to challenge the status quo while fostering collaboration.
