We are looking for a Leakage Performance Project Analyst to join Thames Water!
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy environment, collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Thames Water is focused on reducing leakage rapidly. A key part of our strategy involves reviewing and enhancing how we visualize performance across key business areas. The role involves setting out our strategy, implementing, and managing dashboards and reports within the leakage area, with a focus on data accuracy, automation, and user accessibility. The role includes providing rolling performance insights from executive level to frontline staff to understand and improve leakage performance.
This role requires strategic thinking, proficiency in Power BI, data analysis skills, and strong attention to detail and communication skills to support team efforts and deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the rollout of enhanced reporting and engage teams across different business areas, supporting the development and deployment of dashboards.
2. Bring insights and experience from other business areas or external sources to support embedding a matrix management approach across Thames Water.
3. Automate outdated reports and streamline data processes, including developing new interfaces and consolidating key metrics.
4. Create user guides and process documentation for all dashboards to ensure effective utilization and sustainability.
5. Collaborate with project managers to engage teams and facilitate the rollout of new reporting tools.
The successful candidate will have experience in business reporting and management information architecture, with knowledge of Power BI. Industry experience in a similar sector, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in industry systems and office software are essential.
