Responsibilities

* Participate in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
* Supervise junior kitchen staff as needed, fostering a positive team environment.
Experience
* Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential, with a focus on food production and preparation.
* Culinary experience or formal training in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated leadership skills through supervising or managing team members effectively.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is crucial for maintaining high standards within the kitchen.
