We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Norgine initially on a 6-month FTC.
The person holding this position will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead.
This is a site-based role at our Hengoed offices.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support Hengoed and other Norgine sites across Europe.
Responsibilities include:
1. Manage and advise on all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including monitoring the approval process, advising on job descriptions and adverts, preparing sourcing strategies, performing sourcing activities, coordinating the interview process, conducting competency-based interviews, preparing candidate shortlists, and maintaining communication with candidates and hiring managers.
2. Ensure all recruitment activities are recorded accurately and provide relevant talent acquisition reports and metrics.
3. Maintain accurate documentation related to candidate interactions and statuses, ensuring full compliance with legal and internal requirements.
4. Maintain the Applicant Tracking System, spreadsheets, and shared files.
Skills and Knowledge:
1. Ability to work at a fast pace, prioritize workload, and manage multiple requests in an evolving environment.
2. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workable.
3. Good team player, committed to personal and professional development.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. High level of professionalism and integrity.
6. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
7. Fluent in English.
8. Experience in administration, preferably recruitment.
9. Understanding of recruitment processes.
10. Good computer skills and IT savvy.
