This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will play a key role in progressing applications to the College by delivering a responsive and efficient admissions service. You will work closely with curriculum teams to coordinate interviews and manage applications through our Management Information System from initial enquiry to enrolment. Another key aspect of the role is engaging regularly with prospective learners, and offering clear and timely information, advice, and guidance. In addition to admissions, you will contribute to the wider operations of the team by supporting reception duties, processing financial transactions, handling posts, assisting with open days and interviews, and ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all learners and visitors. The role includes processing payments, supporting registration activities, and delivering a professional front-of-house service. This will involve reception responsibilities, including switchboard operation.
